Winter Gardens Baptist Church is supported by a team of Staff and Trustees. They are responsible for overseeing the spiritual and practical life of the church and meeting our various legal and charitable obligations.

As Baptist Christians we believe that all church members together are responsible for discerning, under God, the direction of our church community life and mission and for its outworking.
